We have a loyal local fan base that can't get enough of their Elle's Belles Baked Treats. It's all about freshness, authenticity, the best ingredients, positive happy bakers and lots of love in every bite that keeps Bozeman searching our treats out. Our home base at 7 Tai Lane is where we serve fantastic breakfast nosh, lunches, soups and  of course desserts. This is where you call to make special orders and where you come to see us in action!

Wild Joe's Coffee- 18 W Main is our Downtown home and location in Bozeman

The display case is fillend with beautiful cakes, muffins, scones, CHICKEN POT PIES, tarts, quiche, fritattas, strata, lemon bars, brownies, cookies and  so much more. 

 Rockford Coffee  at 7th and Main

Find our Coffee Cake, bacon cheddar onion scones, cookies and zucchini bread at Rockford Coffee.

Joe's Parkway Market on College

 Our Cream Cheese Sugar Cookie with Cream Cheese Frosting is the hit at this gourmet lovers location. They also carry the rest of our cookies line and brownies. We deliver as fast as we can bake them up. The selection varies.We love Joe's Parkway!

La Parilla on Babcock

 Bozeman's favorite place to eat it seems,as the line is usually out the door, especially when the sun shines. They make the most fantastic wraps and have the coolest cats behind the counter. Elle's Belles- you'll find them right on the counter next to the register. A La Parilla wrap and an Elle's Belles Cookie- perfect combination.

Naked Noodle- on Wilson in downtown Bozeman

It's the noodles baby. No one does them better. Pick up one of our fine cookies or brownies at the front counter and finish off your delicious meal right. mmmmmmmm yessss!

Dave's Sushi

Bozemans MOST beloved Sushi joint. There is always a packed house at Dave's. Finish off your nosh with an Elle's Belle, as they are most certainly there. Their staff likes to mix it up-so sometimes, so you'll find more than our cookies there on occasion. 

 Hastings Books- Hardback Cafe

Oue newest location. They have a wide selection of cookies, brownies, muffins, bars, scones & quiche with more to come. 

 Bozeman Deaconess Hospital Coffee Shops

There are two- and you will find our muffins, scones and cookies ready for your enjoyment with a lovely latte.

 Coffee Crossing in Livingston

Livingston sure knows where its Elle's Belles hook up is- 104 N 2nd Street next to the old theatre- the home of Coffee Crossing. Great coffee, fun baristas, Elle's Belles and a playful atmosphere make this a great place to stop while in Livingston.

 Free Heel and Wheel

West Yellowstones home of the mighty Belle. Get your ski and bike needs met, shop for some jewelry and a great sporty top while taking some time to enjoy the espresso bar in the front window.  And what else would be served at the espresso bar?  Elle's Belles cookies of course, perfect with that shot of caffiene before the adventure begins.

 Grizzly Wolf Descovery Center

During the summer months we find that the tourists gobble our cookies up by the dozens. Next summer we hope to have a sweet grizzly bear sugar cookie ready for its debut.

Beartooth Fly Fishing on the Madison River 

At first we sent them Lemon Cream Cheese Sugar cookies in the shape and decoration of Yellow Polka Dotted Bikinis- and boy did the men ever appreciate them at lunchtime during a long day on the river. Since, we have added our Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout to the line up and they love them just as much. They also prefer our Peanut Butter cookies and our Cream Cheese Brownies. They also use our Beartooth Seeded Focaccia (named and developed for them) and white focaccia for their famous guide lunches throughout the season. It is so loved, we find ourselves shipping it by request overnight & out of state to some of those fishermen needing their fix.

We have been working for a long time on developing some gluten free recipes that are as close to the real thing as possible.

We have been having success too! I am of the belief that it has to look beautiful and taste amazing to get off our Bakers Table-  so I will only give you our best -Gluten Free or the real McCoy!  Look for our Gluten Free line at Wild Joe's Coffee - our Bakery location in Downtown Bozeman and at our 7 Tai Lane Bakery & Cafe'. The latest to arrive to the line is a very very yummy Gluten Free Morning Glory Muffin and a Gluten Free Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin.
